How to get fit, filthy rich and happy...... Me, my self ?! I,m JUST HAPPY ...yet!!

Getting fit

I believe its an important thing in order to maintain a happy life, to be in a good physical shape. The more you excercise and workout, a feeling of wellbeing and control will be present.

The more control and wellbeing you can generate, the more you will get. A weak and negative energie will get you more negativity. More about the power of positive thoughts in my page Meditation, will-power and Stuart Wilde

Weigth training

I have been weight training for about 15 years. I lift 135 kg in bench-press at the moment and weigh 82 kilos. When I was working out 4 days a week i liftet 165 kilos weighing 95 kilos, so thats my personal record. I have never considered my self as a bodybuilder, but admits that I want as much musclemass ond lowest fat-procentage I can get. Off course with out using steroids and other unlegal and dangerous stuff. I use the principles from bodybuilding about training and diet as a guideline, because its the fastest way to get results.
If you want ideas to your training, diets and so. I have a usefulll link for you here. You will find every thing you need to know, even if you think you all ready know it all. Check it any way.

Triathlon

As I have an urge to test my limitations and go to exstremes of course I had to try out triathtlon. I see it as the ultimtate sport as it incorporate three mayor disciplines in one. Swiming, cykling and running. I was trying it for some few years until i got children, and therefore did not have the time. You have to spend a lot of time training some how, to get a real grip of it. When my kids get older and not so dependabel on me, i will take it up again. I managed when I was doing triathlon to make a few competitions on the 1/4 ironman distance. I have a handicap in have a hip-replacement, and a bad swimming tecniquige, hehe! But any way some how I was in the national champion ship 2007!!

Scubadiving

Scubadiving is one of my favorite sports. I,m at the advanced divers level in the PADI organisation. I have been 37 meters deep, been drift diving, night diving and doing it all year long. In Denmark were I live it can be cold, so we use dry-suits in the winther-time. The visability is bad in the summer, so we have exstreme conditions here in the north. If you are a diver and find interest ind ship-wreck, fossil e-books its here

Cycling

I have enjoyed bicycling for many years, as I have a hip-replacement, so I cant run as much as I would like. Bicycling is also having a purpose in bringing me from home to my job, which makes it easy to implement in my daily life. But of course I had to over do it and make a sport and competition out of it, hehe. I have partificated a lot of cycling competitions an do an overall time around 25-30 km/hour from 40-115 km. One day I went for a ride for 150-180km, I don,t know the exact distance, but I was beat and worn out after that. If you want to get on the road and needs cykling plans and books its here. Winther bathing

The last 15 years I have been winther-bathing, with some friends. Here in Denmark it can be quite cold. This winther (2009-2010) we have temperature below -15 C. at night. All Lakes are frosen. so you can walk on the ice. Even some places the sea is frossen, so you can walk to some of the small Island.

There are wintherbathing-clubs were there are saunas, café,s and places to change clothes and laders to go down to the water.

But me and my friends always liked it more hardcore. We just go to the beach, and go in from there, with out the luxury of a sauna to warm us up afterworth. Some times we make a fire and coook som food there.

In march this year (2010) we slept in the woods near the beach in our sleeping-bags. It was freezing 3 C. but thats not a problem for danish vikings, hehe
